Privacy policy

Not All Yours is sold and run by J2 INTERNATIONAL LLC. This policy covers this website and the app.

What we store

When you create a login, we store your email address and a protected form of your password. To sync across your devices, we store what you enter in the app: payments, costs, mileage, pot moves, your forecast, your region and your checklist. We also keep a record of your purchase, such as your email and its status, so that we can give you access.

The app never asks for your bank details, your UTR or your National Insurance number. Please do not type them into free-text notes.

Where it is kept

Your data is held with our database and login provider. A copy is kept in your browser so that the app works offline. Signing out removes that copy from the device. Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor, which sends us confirmation of the sale. We do not see your card details.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data, connect to your bank or share what you log with HMRC. This site currently has no advertising pixels. If that changes, this policy will say so first.

Your rights

You can export your entries from the app as a CSV at any time. Email us to access, correct or delete your data and login. If you are in the UK or EU, you can also complain to your data protection authority. In the UK, that is the Information Commissioner's Office.
